What does the AI actually handle vs a human? +

Anything ambiguous, risky, or needing a judgement call is escalated to a UK engineer — with the diagnosis already done, so they resolve it faster. Roughly 80% machine, 20% human, and you never wait in a queue for either.
Is it safe to let AI touch our systems? +
Yes — because it's on rails. The AI operates inside defined guardrails with least-privilege access, everything it does is logged in a full audit trail, and anything higher-risk (deleting data, changing security policy, spending money) requires human sign-off. It's a very fast, very consistent junior technician that never freelances — not an unsupervised bot with the keys to everything.
Is our data used to train AI models? +
No. Your data is used to run your service and nothing else. We use enterprise AI providers with zero-retention, no-training terms, your environment is isolated, and we're happy to put that in writing in the contract. Your files and tickets never become someone's training set.
Are we too small for this? +
If you've got roughly 5 or more people and laptops that matter, no. Do you replace our current IT person? +
Only if you want us to. Plenty of clients keep an internal IT lead and use us to kill the grunt work — we take the tickets and monitoring so your person does the strategic, business-specific stuff instead of resetting passwords. For teams with no IT person, we simply become the whole department.
How are you cheaper AND better than a normal MSP? +
Because the expensive part of a traditional MSP is people sitting in a ticket queue.
