Automation as a Service · UK · Yes really

We work our
AaaS off so you
don't have to.

The acronym is deliberate. The puns are unavoidable. The work, however, is real — cold outreach, AI receptionists, quote chasing, missed-call recovery, review hustling. Built, hosted, and run for you. So your business gets bigger while you do less.

Fixed prices, no funny business

Heads up: we know what AaaS sounds like. We chose it on purpose. The jokes are free. The automations are not.
// what we do to your AaaS

Six things we'll happily do
to your AaaS.

Each one's a complete system — built, hosted, monitored. Run them solo or stack the lot. The more you stack, the firmer it gets.

Cold Outreach AaaS

Personalised cold email + LinkedIn at scale

We pull, we tease, we land replies. Lead lists from Apollo or yours, enriched with Companies House, hooks written by Claude in your voice, sent from a warmed domain. Replies drop into your inbox. Calls drop into your calendar. Bookings drop into your bank.

AI Receptionist

Picks up calls when you can't

Customers call. AaaS picks up. Friendly UK voice, takes the job, books the slot, texts you a summary. Missed-call rate drops to zero, your evenings stop being "did I miss someone?". Available 24/7. Doesn't get tired. Doesn't ask for a raise.

Quote Chase AaaS

Quotes that send + chase themselves

You said you'd send a quote. AaaS already did. Punter requests a price, AI writes one in your tone, fires it over, follows up at day 3, day 7, day 14. Stops the moment they reply. No more "did I forget to send that quote?" at 11pm in bed.

Review Hustle

Squeezes 5★ Google reviews from happy clients

Job done → text fires → review served. Happy customers head to Google before they forget. Unhappy ones get routed to a private form, so they vent to you instead of trashing your stars. Local rankings climb. Your AaaS rises with them.

// what they say afterwards

People can't stop
talking about our AaaS.

Honest reviews from honest businesses. Names anonymised because, well, you understand.

First two weeks they booked us 11 jobs we'd have missed. Paid for itself before the end of the month. Stop reading and email them.

I used to spend Sunday nights chasing quotes. The AaaS does it for me now. Sundays are mine again. My wife thinks I'm lying about how it works.

Was sceptical of the name. Got over it when the AI receptionist booked three jobs while I was on a ladder. Brickweb actually deliver.

Got a question
about your AaaS?

Most common ones below. Anything else, slide into hi@brickweb.studio.

Are you genuinely calling it AaaS? +
Yes. The acronym for "Automation as a Service" wrote itself, we noticed, and decided that pretending we hadn't would be more embarrassing than leaning in. Our actual engineering is boring and competent. The branding is the only place we're not serious. Promise.
Will I be locked in to your platform? +
No. Pull out anytime. Every automation runs on tools you own — your domain, your accounts, your API keys, your data. Fire us tomorrow and the system keeps running. You can hire any developer to maintain it. We host because it's easier, not because we're hostage-takers.
I have no idea what to automate. Help? +
Tell us where your time goes that isn't billable work. That's almost always the answer. If you're chasing quotes manually, fielding calls during jobs, copy-pasting into a CRM, or writing the same email 30 times a week — that's the automation. The first reply from us will name it for you.
Will the AI sound like a robot? +
It sounds like whoever you tell us to sound like. We voice-train on your existing emails or call recordings. Most clients pick "warm-blunt UK tradesman" — direct, no fluff, no Americanisms. If a customer clocks it's not you, we rebuild it free. Usually they don't.
How is this different from Make / Zapier / n8n? +
Those are tools. We're the people who use them properly. Most owners sign up for Zapier, build something half-working, then abandon it. We build the full system, monitor it, fix it when APIs change, tune it as your business grows. Same engine. Professional driver.
What if it breaks at 2am? +
Things break — APIs change, providers go down, weird edge cases creep in. That's literally what your monthly fee covers. We monitor every system, get paged when something errors, and fix it before you notice. Show us another agency that includes ongoing maintenance in the sticker price.
Can I just buy one, not the bundle? +
Yes — Starter tier is exactly that. One automation, fully built, £1,500 + £99/mo. Most clients start with one, see it work, then add the next. Bundles are cheaper per piece but there's no obligation to bundle.
Is this just for tradesmen? +
No — that's where Brickweb started but AaaS works for any UK SME with manual processes. Clinics, accountants, property managers, agencies, e-commerce, gyms, B2B sales teams. If you've got a workflow that eats hours, we can probably automate the worst 80% of it.
Do you do demos? +
Yes — but only after we've understood the use case. Email us first, we'll reply within 24 hours, and if it makes sense we'll book a 30-minute call to show you the AaaS in action. No call-first sales theatre.
What if I can't take the size I picked? +
Just downsize. Move from Fat to Premium, or Premium to Tight, any time. We pro-rate the difference. Same the other way — start small, work up.

Ready to put your
AaaS on autopilot?

Tell us what's eating your week. We'll reply within 24 hours with what we'd build, how long it'll take, and what it'll cost. No discovery calls. No proposals you'll never read.

By emailing us you agree we'll probably make at least one AaaS joke per reply. We'll try to keep it to one.
